BackSuper Slow Way is hosting many fun Summer activities happening throughout Blackburn, Hyndburn, Burnley and Pendle from creative workshops to canoe rides and canal audio sessions.

East Lancs Antenna Workshops
Join artist Rob St John's 'East Lancs Antenna' this weekend in Nelson and Burnley for a canal-side exploration - an opportunity to listen to the underwater sounds from beneath the canal’s surface and lend your canal stories and reflections to a soundscape to be broadcast as part of the Drift live broadcast on Saturday 31st August!
Drift Live Broadcast - Saturday 31st August 2024
In August we are hosting a range of creative activities from Eanam Wharf and our Drift Jingle Shed in the build up to our Drift Live Broadcast event on Saturday 31st August.
Keep an eye on our social media channels and website as we look to announce the live broadcast programme in the coming days.
Ghost - Friday 30th August 2024
The second round of canoe trips with artist Adam Chodzko, between Saturday 30th August - Wednesday 4th September are currently fully booked, but keep an eye on our Eventbrite page for potential slots opening up!
Slow Feast at Lomeshaye Park - Saturday 21st September 2024
Join us and artist in residence Dana Olărescu for our 'Slow Feast' and end of summer celebration on Saturday 21st September. Tasty food, conversation and a range of creative activities to get involved in! Feel free to bring a dish to share if you'd like to!
