Propeller Hub - UCLan

Design Council

Design Council’s purpose is to make life better by design. They are an independent charity and the government’s advisor on design. Design Council works across the built environment, business and public services – providing design support services and training; delivering partner-funded programmes and running campaigns to raise awareness about the value of design.

Crafts Council

Crafts Council Collective is a programme of CPD provision for makers as well as research, innovation and policy-influencing body. It comprises several programmes of support for makers, including curated exhibitions and events, and professional and business development.

Arts Council England

D&AD

The Furniture Makers’ Company

The Furniture Makers’ Company is the British furnishing industry’s charity, which fosters and supports the industry by nurturing skills and expertise, helping those in need, and championing excellence. They support students and young professionals with training and mentoring in order to foster talent and safeguard the future of the industry. They provide support and assistance to those who are working in the UK furnishing industry.

DBA

The Design Business Association (DBA) was set up by the design industry for the design industry. They champion effective design and support your business to be more effective. Film Hub North
