Join the Big Reinvention Challenge
21 February 2022
The National Festival of Making has teamed up with Little Inventors to bring you The Big Reinvention Challenge! Rooted in the theme of sustainability, the challenge is open to 7-12-year-olds across the UK and looks to use what we already have as a starting point to create something new.
Our world is full of stuff: Old toys we no longer want, clothes we don’t wear, things we never use… Instead of throwing these things away or letting them get dusty in the back of the cupboard, how could you REinvent them?
A selection of the most unique and inspiring ideas will be brought to life by professional makers and inventors! These will be exhibited at the #festivalofmaking 2022, alongside a collection of designs submitted by young people as part of The Big Reinvention Challenge.
