Leftcoast Symposium 2025 - Land Beneath Our Feet
Thursday 24th April 2025 09:30 PM to 05:00 PM
Blackpool School of Arts, Blackpool & Fylde College University Centre

Join us for The Land Beneath Our Feet, a thought-provoking symposium hosted by LeftCoast, an Arts Council England Creative People and Places project in Blackpool.

How does making art in collaboration with communities affect our joint connection to the place we live, the land under our feet, and the environment that surrounds us?
This day of art, discussion, and collaboration explores how being creative with communities deepens our connection to the places we call home. Through conversations with artists, local voices, and creative practitioners, we’ll examine the impact of co-creation on our relationship with the land, our shared spaces, and the environment. Together, we’ll consider how making art in collaboration with communities affects our joint connection to the place we live, the land under our feet, and the environment that surrounds us.
The Symposium runs from 9.30am to 5pm on Thursday 24th April 2025
Tickets cost £5.
